300g chicken breasts

tsp. tablespoons liquid honey
3
tablespoons. tablespoon dark soy sauce

tsp. tablespoons hoisin sauce

tsp. Coffee rice wine

Preparation honey chicken bites
Wipe
the chicken breasts and cut them into cubes of about 3
cm square.
In
a shallow dish, combine the honey, soy sauce, rice wine (or sherry) and hoisin
sauce. Put the chicken pieces in the marinade and stir to soak them. Cover with
clear film and leave to marinate 2 hours in refrigerator.
Preheat
oven to 180 ° C (gas. 6) and lightly grease a non-stick plate.
Remove
the chicken pieces from the marinade and drain. Put them on the plate spacing

Breakfast Bread Preparation
Sift
flour, measure, and sift with baking powder, salt, and sugar. Cut in shortening
and add raisins. Add sufficient milk to which egg has been added to make a
stiff dough. Mix thoroughly. Pour into well-oiled shallow pan. Brush dough with
melted butter. Pare, quarter, and core apples and cut in thin slices. Arrange
in rows in the dough, allowing edges to overlap. Brush apples with more melted
butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar which have been mixed
together. Bake in moderate oven (400ø F) 20 minutes or until apples are tender.

Pudding Made with French Bread Preparation
Slice
bread 1/2 thick. Butter 1 side of each slice. Butter 1 1/2 qt. shallow baking dish. Arrange one half
the bread, buttered side up, in single layer in dish. Sprinkle with cherries or
raisins. Top with another layer of bread slices. Whisk eggs, 1/2 cup sugar and
vanilla and almond extracts, and salt in bowl. Whisk in hot milk. Pour custard
over bread. Press bread into custard. Let stand 30 minutes. Press again. Preat
oven to 350 degrees. Place baking dish in larger baking pan. Combine remaining
sugar and cinnamon in bowl. Sprinkle over pudding. Pour boiling water in large
pan halfway up side of dish. Bake 45 to 50 minutes until golden. Serve warm
with cream.
