Title: Wonderful Cheese.
Review: Stilton Cheese is the best Blue Cheese in the world. Unfortunately the shipping by UPS was very slow and the information on delivery date changed every day not thier usual performance. When it did finally arrive I contacted the shipper and he was very helpful and apologized for the delay it certainly wasn’t his fault and with pictures and explanation I gave him we both agreed that it was fine to eat. He was absolutely correct and I will purchase from him again.

Title: Superb flavor, best value
Review: I was tempted to buy the five-pound package when it was a lot less expensive, but i wasn’t sure it would freeze well. I subsequently learned that it does freeze well, but by then the item had disappeared: out of stock, and no certainty it would come back. Fortunately, it did come back, albeit at a much higher price, but I pounced on it anyway. Glad I did; this is superb English Stilton. And I can confirm that it definitely freezes just fine. I cut it into wedges, wrap it in plastic wrap, then aluminum foil, and then put it in Ziploc bags. This is the real deal. If you love Stilton, look no further.

Title: Took 9 days to receive the item.
Review: Ordered and shipped on the 2nd and received today on the 11th. Was a hot gooey mess. Not sure how something like this is not shipped next day or at least 2nd day. Do not order unless it is in the middle of the winter.

Review: The cold packs were just cool, and the cheese had put out quite a bit of liquid. Other than that, it is very good tasting. It took 6 days to arrive via USPS. Too bad it took so long in shipping.
