Beef salad ingredients

Steps beef salad:

1.
Bring water to a boil in a pan, add the beef. Cook until the blood outlet. Turn
off the heat and remove.

Wash the beef and remove the foam. Then, put it in the pan, pour water, spring
onions, ginger, star anise, pepper grains Sichuan and dried orange peel. Boil over
high heat. Then simmer over low heat for about 50 minutes.

 

3.
Cut the green pepper and dried red pepper julienne. Cut into slices coriander.

 

4.
Cool beef in the soup. Then, remove and mince. Put them on a plate and add the
fermented soybeans.

 

5.
Pour oil oyster and sesame oil.

 

6. Finally, add
coriander, green chilli and dry red pepper. Mix well and serve.

Balls Preparation

 

Blend
together carob powder, honey, peanut butter, sesame seeds, wheat germ and
powdered milk. Form into 1 1/2-inch balls. Roll in graham cracker crumbs.
Refrigerate 1 hour before serving. This candy is low in salt, high in
potassium.

Cream
butter with sugar. Add egg. Beat thoroughly. Sift flour, measure and sift with
baking powder and salt. Add alternately with milk to first mixture. Add walnuts
and flavoring. Mix thoroughly and pour into shallow, well-oiled baking pan.
Bake in moderate oven (375F.) 30 minutes. Serve with vanilla or hard sauce.
