Preparing Chinese chicken soup

1 Prepare your marinade. Pour all ingredients into a bowl and add whole fillets.
Mix well and cover with plastic film. Marinate

night in pint of milk. Beat eggs seperately and ad 2 T. milk to yolks. Mix
dough stiff and roll thin. Prick well with fork and bake. Note: No temperature
given.

Ingredients for Carribean Casserole Recipe
1 md Onion; chopped
1 tb Oil
1 15-oz can stewed tomatoes
1 16-oz can black beans
1 ts Oregano leaves
1 ts Turmeric
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1-1/2 c Instant brown rice
Carribean Casserole Preparation
Stir onion in hot oil until tender (do not brown). Add tomatoes,
beans (include liquid from both), oregano, turmeric, and garlic powder.
Bring to a boil. Stir in rice and cover. Reduce heat to simmer for 5
minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
