Chinese cumin beef
Substances
250 g beef
150 g onion Seasoning
3 tbsp Shaoxing wine
4 tbsp gentle soy sauce salt
2 potato starch tbsp

10g chives
5g of ginger
1 small chilli
1 tbsp white sesame
15 minutes
Steps:
1. Reduce the meat into cubes of 1 cm sq.. Put them on a plate, add 1 c.à.c sunflower oil, 3 tbsp Shaoxing wine, 2 tbsp gentle soy sauce, salt, 2 tbsp .s potato starch and three tbsp floor cumin. Combine them and marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Reduce the onion into items, pepper in small circles, chop chives and ginger.

Combined Chinese Greens Preparation
Soak the black mushrooms in sizzling water 10 minutes. Drain and take away powerful stems. Warmth the oil in a wok over excessive warmth. Chinese Type Cabbage Preparation
