Ingredients for Foo Yung omelette

eggs, beaten

75 g crabmeat

75 g of small cooked
shrimp, peeled

2
stalks celery

40 g cooked ham, diced

tablespoons. tablespoon chopped chives

tsp. tablespoons of peanut oil

tsp. tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

tsp. Coffee minced fresh ginger root

1
clove garlic

80 g butter

salt
and freshly ground black pepper

cilantro
sprigs for garnish

tsp. tablespoons soy sauce plus more for serving 8

Preparation Foo Yung omelette 

Heat
the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions, celery, ginger and
garlic and cook 1 minute, stirring.

Add
ham, crab, prawns, fresh coriander and soy sauce. Lower the heat and let the
mixture warm, stirring occasionally.

Heat
20g butter in a pan. Pour a
quarter of seasoned eggs into the pan and cook until they begin to take. Turn
over and cook for another 2 minutes.

Keep
warm on a platter. Cook still three more omelettes. Divide the stuffing between
omelettes and roll. Serve hot with soy sauce, garnished with coriander.

1/2 c oil Vegebable

1/2 c SoLait

tb Baking powder

Free Biscuit Mix Preparation

Mix
flour, SoLait, salt and baking powder together in blender or food processor.
Mix well, Then blend in the oil. Empty Into covered container, and store in
fridge Until needed NOTES:  SoLait is a powdered soy milk That You can find at
the health food stores.

2 lb Ground round

Eggs

1 c Sweet pickle relish

3/4 c Onion, coarsely chopped

tb Worcestershire sauce

1 oz *bourbon

Garlic cloves minced

1/4 c *green Bell pepper chopped

1/2 c *bacon, cooked & crumbled

-salt
& pepper to taste

Stuffed Burgers Preparation

Items
are optional Mix onion, relish, Worcestershire sauce, and any of the optional
ingredients you wish to use, together. Be sure to get the eggs mixed in
completely. Roll meat out and make 16 thin patties. Spoon the pre-made mixture
upon the top of one patty. Place another patty on top. Press firmly to join
them. Wipe up the mixture that runs out of the patty stack and spread over the
top of the patty stack. Either broil in your oven until they are as you prefer
them or on a barbecue grill as you see fit.
