Title: Great book
Review: I always purchase one of Steveâs books before traveling. Having the maps and pertinent information ahead of time makes me very comfortable. The pullout map is a must because it shows all points if interest and travel modes in a handy sized item that is easy to carry for quick reference. This is much better then running you cell phone down and looking like a tourist.

Title: Well explained travel guide that will save you time, energy and lots of money, too !!!
Review: Explains in detail lots of specifics like email addresses, international phone numbers, contact info for attractions, hotels, transportation and hours of operation. For example, on my first trip to Paris I took the train out to Versailles on a Monday and it was closed. That’s in Rick’s book ! So I wasted 3 hours waiting for the train back to Paris. I even found the suitcase packing check list reduced the bulk I typically travel with – and I got by just fine with 2/3 less stuff. Lots of things you might never think of and it will improve on those things you are already aware of. This was my 3rd trip to Europe and easily my most efficient, eventful, and the least stressful since I was well prepared and managed to see more that I typically would without an itinerary designed by Rick! Have fun !!!

Review: After reading this book I feel like I have a handle on planning our Paris visit from hotels and restaurants to transport, cultural considerations and common French phrases! The guide will be helpful during our trip for reference regarding museum hours and other tourist info. I feel prepared for the trip and can’t wait to go!

Review: I purchased this book to plan for my trip to Paris. It is packed with information and easy to read fold out maps. This book is perfect. I found my hotel from recommendations (bonus that I can use my credit card points for the hotel). I highly recommend this travel guide if traveling to Paris

Title: Tells you what to see if you only have a short time in Paris
Review: Love that this covers all the major things to see. Lots of good tips about how to make a reservation, where to go if you only have two days, avoiding lines and using transportation. Fit easily into purse and not heavy to carry all day. Going forward these pocket books will be our preferred purchase; in the past have bought the bigger, more comprehensive books and find I don’t want to have them in my purse all day when walking 15 miles around a foreign city and also found they cover more things that I can do in my two or three days in this city.
