Ingredients for mouthfuls of tuna

300g tuna fillet skinless

Preparation mouthfuls of tuna

Rinse
tuna with fresh water and dry it thoroughly. Cut into cubes of 2 to 3cm side.

 

Mix
the olive oil, paprika, ground coriander, cumin, salt and pepper in a shallow
dish. Place the cubes of tuna in the marinade and turn them several times to
coat them regularly. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour.
