Title: Good kit,
Review: This kit is really good. Comes with oak chips, skins and a decent yeast. If you let it go in the primary for at least a month, its better. We just racked, and will clarify this weekend. But its a very good malbec, and you can tell its only going to get better. I did add yeast nutrient when i pitched, but other than that, just followed directions.

Review: Just cracked a bottle after only 2 weeks in the bottle. First impression is that it would compare to an $8-10 retail bottle right now.. with a few weeks/months time it could get to $15-20 retail level, not bad for a 12L kit with dried skins…Now if you want to step up to the Primeur 18L kit, thatâs going to be much better, but you better jump on them now while still available because RJS just rebranded them and now they are only going to be 16L

Review: So I ordered the Pinot noir kit thinking it is a 12 liter kit (as the picture suggests) with dried skins (as the description suggests). The kit that arrived is an 8 liter kit without dried skins. I also donât see an instruction page, but Iâm sure I can figure it out considering that it doesnât include the skins that I thought it did. Havenât made it yet, obviously
