Ingredients

 

200g tofu cut into 1 cm cubes

4
or 5 dried Chinese mushrooms

cup water

cups Chinese cabbage

250 g of fine rice noodles,
drained after soaking in water for 5 min

cup broccoli pieces

cup chopped spring onions

cups bean sprouts

cups chicken broth

cooked. tablespoons light soy sauce

Preparation Tofu noodles food

Soak
the mushrooms in water 20 minutes. Cut into strips and discard the water.

 

Bring
the broth to a boil, add mushrooms and broccoli, then simmer

min.

 

Add
the noodles and cabbage, and still leave

 

3-4
min. Mix onions, bean sprouts, tofu, before continue cooking for 2 minutes.

 

Sprinkle
with soy sauce and sesame oil

1/2 c Buttermilk

Cake Preparation

 

Marshmallows
may be chopped or miniature. Sift together flour and sugar, stir in
marshmallows and set aside. Bring to a boil, shortening, margarine, cocoa and
Coke. Remove from heat and pour over dry ingredients. Stir in buttermilk,
baking soda and eggs. Do not beat this cake mixture. Pour into a greased
13x9x2-inch pan and bake in a preheated 350 deg. oven for 45 minutes or until
done. Cool 30 minutes before frosting cake. Coke Cake Frosting: Bring
margarine, cocoa and Coke to a boil. Boil a minute, remove from heat and
gradually add sugar. Stir in pecans.

Ingredients for Fudge Cupcakes Recipe

4 Squares semi-sweet chocolate

2 Sticks butter

3 c Broken pecans

1-3/4 c Sugar

1 c Unsifted flour

4 lg Eggs

1 ts Vanilla

Fudge Cupcakes Preparation

Melt chocolate and butter in saucepan. Add pecans and stir until well coated. In a bowl, combine sugar, flour and eggs. Blend well. Stir in chocolate mixture; add vanilla. Do not beat! Place paper baking cups in muffin tin and com- pletely fill with batter. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Cool 8-10 minutes in tins. Makes 14-16 cupcakes.
