PREPARATION vegetable salad food

Peel the carrots and grate them with a coarse grater.

Peel the cucumber, cut it in half, remove seeds and cut into sticks.

Wash peppers, wipe, split it in half and remove the seeds and pith. Break it
down into thin strips.

Clean the spring onions and slice them thinly. Rinse bean sprouts and wring
them very carefully. Place all vegetables in a bowl and book protected with
plastic film costs.

Finally

Rinse
and wring the mint and parsley. Peel the garlic. Squeeze the lemon. Place all
in a small mixer by adding soy sauce, sesame oil and chilli. Mix and pour over
vegetables just before serving.

Peanut Butter Bites Preparation

Preheat
oven to 350 degrees. Combine brownie mix, water, oil and egg. Beat well with
spoon. Fill paper-lined mini-muffin cups about 1/2 full. Press one peanut
butter cup into batter in each cup. Bake 15-20 minutes or until brownie is set.
Cool completely. Yield: 40-48 pieces.

Sift
together flour, baking powder, cream of tartar, salt, soda and dry milk. Cut in
shortening until the mixture resembles coarse meal. Add sugar, minced onion,
egg, milk, wine and oregano. Mix thoroughly. Spread mixture in greased 8 or
9-inch round pan and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 425 F for 15-20 minutes or until a wooden pick
inserted in center comes out clean.
